Aim to help people feel happiness in their everyday lives and live happily
By recalling happy moments through brief questions, it allows people to feel current happiness and realize that they are happy
I always wondered,
'Why do people feel unhappy eventhough there is so much information about happiness?'
Then, one day, I had a sudden thought:
Could it be that as we go about our daily lives, our memories of happiness fade away?
Listening to lectures is good, but the effect is temporary.
Going to a 2-nights and 3-days camp seems to keep the joy going for about a month.
The good content we read in books is also easily forgotten over time.
However, we can't always find time for books, videos, or camps.
So I wondered what we could do.
Then I thought that reviving memories of happiness just when we're about to forget them
could be the key.
It seemed that recalling the happiness and happy moments in our daily lives could be helpful.
So, I decided to create a time for reflection—a pause, or 'Break Time,' to think about ourselves.
Whether it's once a day, once a week, or once a month,
if we take a moment to recall the happy moments we've experienced and reflect on our lives,
we might feel how truly happy we are and lead a more joyful life.
Take just one minute right now. You're doing great, and you're already living a happy life!
